Mô tả công việc
Ensure the accounting system operates correctly and supports accurate financial data processing.
Review, audit, and approve GL transactions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Review all expense documentation to ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
Prepare key elements of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for both weekly and monthly forecasts.
Monitor tax-related expenses and prepare accurate monthly and annual tax filings (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT).
Reconcile intercompany transactions and general ledger balances on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly consolidated reports for Vietnam entities.
Assist in internal and external audits, including providing necessary documentation for auditors and tax authorities.
Oversee and review accounts payable, receivable, bank transactions, and fixed asset records.
Uphold data confidentiality and enforce internal control policies to maintain financial security.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Auditing or Finance.
2. Experience:
Minimun 4-5 years of relevant experience in General Accounting & Financial Reporting.
Practical experience in large-size manufacturing companies is a great plus.
3. Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
Strong acknowledgment with financial forecasting and reconciliations.
4. Skills:
Good command of English (both verbal & written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
