We are looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to support daily accounting operations, tax compliance, and accounts receivable management. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tax Compliance:
• Handle tax compliance and reporting activities.
• Support tax audits, inspections, and VAT refund claims.
• Ensure accurate tax records and reconciliations.
2. Sales & Accounts Management:
• Accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and invoices.
• Monitor overdue receivables and follow up on collections with customers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in customer rebate, discount, and promotion reconciliation.
3. General Accounting:
• Perform other accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Finance &
Accounting Manager.
Yêu cầu
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
• Education & Experience: Degree in Accounting with at least 3-4 years of accounting/auditing experience.
• Technical Skills:
o Advanced PC skills, particularly knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
o Knowledge of SAP B1 will be advantageous.
• Language Skills: Communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English.
• Personal Attributes: Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
