Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across company entities.
Support management with timely financial insights and reporting.
Tax Compliance
Prepare and submit tax reports including VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and deadlines.
Work with tax authorities when required, including declaration, explanation, and audit support.
Chief Accountant Service (Bank & Compliance)
Act as Chief Accountant for company bank accounts, as required.
Support banking processes, documentation, and compliance procedures.
Ensure proper financial authorization and documentation for transactions.
HR & Payroll Accounting
Manage payroll processing, including salary calculation, PIT, and social insurance.
Maintain accurate employee-related financial records.
Coordinate with HR on contracts, compensation, and benefits from an accounting perspective.
