Mô tả công việc
- Assist the General Director in planning, organizing and managing all activities of the company.
- Implement and assist the CEO directions.
- Develop and establish the operational plans of the company.
- Coordinate & ensure the producing activities to be well managed in terms of efficiency.
- Control quality of goods and on time delivery.
- Manage & monitor the sales activities of the company.
- Coordinate/develop solution for strategy, opportunities and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key people and decision makers in new account.
- Ensure all systems are consistent with policy and guidelines.
- Develop good connection of network with buyer and customer who buy our products.
- Coordination with various departments such as production dept, General accountant and Farm Manager.
- Attend & solve labor, legal, related purchase stores & maintenance issue.
