Financial Management
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
Corporate Governance
Ensure all company activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
