JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Marketing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and brand awareness in the Asian market, particularly Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Marketing
Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire users for Lume's platform, focusing on the Vietnamese and Asian markets.
Collaborate with the management team to establish clear KPIs and marketing goals for the first six months.
Create and execute campaigns that resonate with students, educators, and B2B partners.
2) Brand Awareness
Plan and execute branding initiatives for Lume to establish the company as a leading test prep solution.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for Lume's positioning.
3) Content and Social Media Management
Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and message.
Work with the creative team to design impactful marketing collateral.
4) Performance Analysis
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Use data-driven approaches to refine user acquisition and retention tactics.
5) Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate efforts with a part-time
marketing executive to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in
digital marketing, preferably in the education or tech industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Experience with AI-driven platforms or educational products is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Test Content Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and inputting exam-specific content into our platform, ensuring that our question bank remains accurate, comprehensive, and reflective of real exam standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Content Collection:
Research and source authentic, high-quality test questions for IELTS, TOEIC, DET, and PTE.
Ensure all content aligns with exam specifications and learning objectives.
· Data Entry & Management:
Accurately input and organize questions, answers, and explanations into Lume's system.
Categorize content based on test sections, difficulty levels, and skills assessed.
· Content Quality Assurance:
Review and refine question bank content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
Regularly update and expand the database to reflect new exam trends and patterns.
· Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with academic and technical teams to align content with platform features.
Provide insights and feedback for enhancing the question bank and user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in educational content development, test prep, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of standardized tests like IELTS, TOEIC, DET, and PTE.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry, content formatting, and content management tools.
Strong level of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
