Mô tả công việc
- Represent the hotel brand and the hotel with all clients.
- Directly supervise the hotel & be in charge of all aspects of operations, day-to-day management at the hotel.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Be responsible for the overall financial and operation results measured through KPIs.
- Establish and maintain standards of operation for managed brands and assets that exists within the hotel.
- Be in charge of the employee selection, development and retention of all employees.
Yêu cầu
- Vietnamese candidates only
- Minimum 10 years in Hospitality industry, in which, minimum 3-year experience as a General Manager/ Room Division/ Front Office Manager in hotels of 5* international standard.
- Ability to establish a strong service culture and maintain high standards.
- Financial acunmen with regard to P&L, developing tactics, etc...
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
