General Reporting Senior

Position Purpose
The General Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial closing, and reporting for entities under the CCI - Betrimex Shared Service model, while supporting accounting system setup, process standardization, and new entity onboarding.
1. Shared Service Accounting Operations & Ownership: Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting records for assigned entities.
2. Closing, Reconciliation & Financial Reporting: Perform month-end/year-end closing, prepare financial reports, and reconcile key accounts in line with the Group reporting calendar.
3. New Entity Setup, Accounting Systems & COA: Support accounting system implementation, COA mapping, data migration, and process setup for new or transitioning entities.
4. Reporting Package, IFRS Support & Intercompany Control: Prepare Group reporting packages, support Local GAAP to IFRS conversion, and manage intercompany reconciliations.
5. Compliance, Tax, Audit & Internal Control: Coordinate tax filings, statutory reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
6. Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Develop SOPs, standardize accounting processes, and recommend automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
7. Authority & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the Accounting Owner, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and escalate key accounting, tax, or system issues.
8. Key Deliverables: Deliver complete accounting books, reporting packages, reconciliations, audit support, accounting documentation, and new entity transition deliverables.
