Responsibilities:
Centre Performance
- Propose the annual financial budgets including new sales, revenue, overhead costs and contributions;
- Propose plans and actions in order to achieve the approved annual budgets and targets.
Team Management
- To manage the sales team and to ensure that the S&C service delivery to ILA customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves the team KPIs.
- To ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools to do their jobs effectively and efficiently, to work closely with Regional
Sales Manager and Centre Manager to ensure that the Academic team and other functions at centres have the delivery commitment up to the standard.
- To oversee the development of customer service between each sales consultant and their customers as well as ensure that follow-up schedules and deadlines are met
Operations Tasks
- Follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document and reporting systems
- Maintain the company standards
- Make sure staff follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document & reporting systems and standards.
