Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities at project sites in compliance with technical drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure work quality and progress.
Prepare daily reports, monitor manpower, materials, and project execution status.
Ensure all activities comply with HSE requirements and company standards.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Power System Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering.For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical construction supervision for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, Power Plant, Renewable Energy, EPC/EPCIC projects, or similar industries.
Familiar with electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision activities.
For Fresh Graduates
Age under 26 years old.
GPA equivalent to Good level or above.
Strong technical foundation, proactive attitude, and willingness to work at project sites.
Internship or project experience in electrical engineering is an advantage.
Language
Good English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 650+ or able to communicate effectively in a working environment).
Able to read and understand technical documents and drawings in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, cable installation, grounding, and commissioning activities.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
