I. Job Description:
Working Location: HCMC
· Manage Beauty Advisor team, tracking sales target and incentive in the Region.
· Plan & evaluate BA's competencies via sales target in the Region.
· Build good team spirit as One Team - One Goal.
· Recruit & train the BA team as sales consultant with good customer service mindset.
· Check and supervise employees at the point of sale on working time, quality workload, attitude and awareness of employees to improve efficiency work of the BA team.
· Manage the documentation for BA team in payroll, sales tracking, reports.
· Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing& Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution.
· Building effective relationships with stores, customers, working well with Sales department, Marketing... to effectively implement promotional programs to push sales.
· Solve problems that arise in the Region and in the team.
· Always be approachable and act as a role model for the team.
· Respect the company policy and make sure our BA team respect it.
· Provide timely and accurate reports to Management: performance jobs, employee attendance, market reports, competitors, etc.
· Perform tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Salary: 10 -13 million
- Quarter bonus: Maximum of 13 million/quarter
- Probation: 100% salary. SHUI in probation period
- 2-3 years working experience in leading BA Team
- Experience in Beauty/Cosmetics industries is a plus
- Result Orientation

- Passionate & able to work under high pressure
