Mô tả công việc
● Teaching online IELTS group classes or 1-1 classes based on the prepared curriculum following the schedule.
● Giving comments, and feedback on students' homework and writing student's progress report
● Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement.
Other tasks (for Full-time position) :
● Suggest, adapting, and enhancing InterGreat's lesson materials to meet the needs of the particular students
● Supporting marketing team to promote IELTS Courses by doing workshop, demo lesson & livestream on social networks
● Other work assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. English, Education, Linguistics).
● IELTS Overall >= 7.5 (no skills under 7.0)
● At least 2 years of experience teaching IELTS (online / offline course).
● Strong knowledge of IELTS test criteria and needs of Vietnamese learners
● Experience in curriculum development is preferred.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
REMUNERATION
● Attractive salary: Based salary (for full-time role) + teaching salary (hourly) - total income up to 30,000,000 - 40,000,000 VNĐ/ month.
