Teach Physical Education across a range of grade levels, ensuring lessons are active, inclusive, and age-appropriate.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that incorporate a variety of sports, fitness activities, and skill development, aligned with both national and international learning outcomes.
Promote positive values such as fair play, teamwork, perseverance, and respect through all PE activities.
Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to support improvement and build confidence.
Assess students based on school-wide assessment criteria, including practical performance and knowledge of health, fitness, and movement concepts.
Prioritize student safety at all times, ensuring proper use of sports equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with Vietnamese and international colleagues in lesson planning, co-teaching, and organizing extracurricular physical activities.
Foster a school culture that values physical activity and inspires students to pursue active, healthy lifestyles.
Participate in regular professional development and contribute to continuous improvement in PE instruction across the school.
Help plan and run school sports programs for all grade levels, working closely with teachers and coaches.
Support the organization of school sports events like Sports Day and house competitions.
Assist with inter-school tournaments by helping with planning and logistics.
Help coaches identify talented students and support their training for competitions.
Assist with tryouts, team selection, training schedules, and game arrangements.
Help build connections with outside sports groups and event organizers.
Share information about sports events, schedules, and student achievements with parents, students, and staff.
Help check and take care of sports equipment and facilities to make sure they are safe and ready to use.
Keep simple records of student participation and performance in sports.
Encourage a positive sports culture at school that values teamwork, effort, and good sportsmanship.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (required).
Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience across a range of age groups.
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage engaging PE lessons aligned with national and international curricula.
Strong classroom and activity management skills, with a focus on safety, inclusion, and skill development.
Basic English proficiency, particularly for professional communication and working with international curriculum materials.
Proven ability to coordinate sports activities and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in organizing school-wide or inter-school sports competitions is a strong advantage.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a bilingual and multicultural environment.
CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting the role.
