Mô tả công việc
The Secondary Maths Teacher is responsible for teaching Mathematics under the EMASI program (integrated between the Vietnamese National Curriculum 2018 and the Cambridge International Program) and participating in other educational activities as assigned by the School Board.
Responsibilities
Develop and design Mathematics lesson plans in accordance with the school's academic framework and professional standards.
Organize effective Mathematics teaching activities in both English and Vietnamese, enabling students to actively learn and develop comprehensively. Apply modern teaching methodologies appropriate to students' levels, interests, and learning styles.
Design exercises, monitor and evaluate students' learning progress. Assess student performance according to the School Board's plans and provide periodic academic reports.
Demonstrate passion for teaching and care for students; collaborate with the School Board, homeroom teachers, and parents in educating students. Be willing to take on assigned duties, coordinate with other departments in organizing school activities, or substitute for colleagues when necessary.
Fully participate in professional development activities as assigned by the School Board. Perform playground duty, manage clubs, support boarding activities, attend staff meetings, communicate with parents, and participate in assigned extracurricular activities.
Participate in tutoring and enrichment programs to meet individualized education needs and guide students in scientific research activities.
Comply with professional regulations, documentation requirements, and labor discipline as stipulated by the school.
Perform additional responsibilities and other tasks assigned by the School Board in accordance with professional capacity.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Education or higher, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with a teaching certificate. (Bằng Đại học Sư phạm trở lên, hoặc Bằng tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan và có Chứng chỉ Nghiệp vụ Sư phạm)
Good English communication skills demonstrated through direct communication
Office IT skills at intermediate level.
3 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching Mathematics in English or working in bilingual/international schools and familiarity with school extracurricular activities.

Understanding of student psychology and age-specific characteristics.
