Mô tả công việc
- Hire & manage account team of 5 account executives
- Drive account team to achieve revenue, pricing and gross margin target
+ Hire, train and manage account team;
+ Prepare cheat sheet and SOP for account team;
+ Prepare account team recruitment process: candidate pipeline, interview
questions, detailed performance evaluation process;
+ Drive account team performance;
- Establish, measure and review KPI for account team to drive team's performance;
- Train account team to fully understand company's product, services term & conditions, software, contract, pricing policy;
- Forecast and report:
+ Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external
volume;
+ Forecast and re-forecast volume growth and communicate effectively with
relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1+ years experience in account supervisor position with good track record (revenue,
profit margin);
- Experienced with hiring account people;
- Logistics background is plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive thinking; Disciplined;
- Ability to motivate and drive performance of account team;
