工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
总账岗位 GL Accountant:
1. 会计核算:负责 VAS 下越南会计账套的日常会计处理和报表编制;负责 IFRS 下中文账套的日常会计处理和报表编制;
Accounting: Responsible for the daily accounting processing in the accounting systems of MISA and YONGYOU(Chinese accounting software) under different GAP of VAS and IFRS as GL accountant;
2. 负责会计凭证的审核;
Responsible for reviewing accounting vouchers;
3. 审计对接:负责外部审计的对接,协助完成内部审计;
Audit Liaison: Responsible for liaising with external audits and assisting in the completion of internal audits;
4. 公司和财务负责人交办的临时性工作。
Other ad hoc assignments by the company and leaders.
税务岗位 Tax Accountant:
1. 税务管理:负责公司在越南 EPE 化肥工厂的各种税费的计算、申报、缴纳,并负责税务事项的会计处理;负责与当地税务局和海关部门的联络;
Tax Management: Responsible for all tax-related issues, including the monthly calculation, declaration, payment of all taxes of the EPE fertilizer factory, and the corresponding booking in accounting system; responsible for liaison with the local tax and custom authorities;
2. 税务筹划:负责公司日常的税务筹划,对公司提出的所有税务疑问事项进行研究和解答;
Tax Planning: Responsible for the company's daily tax planning, and studying and answering all tax-related questions raised by the company;
3. 按员工考勤信息计算和发放员工工资;申报和缴纳公司员工个税、社会保险费用;
Calculate and distribute employee wages based on employee attendance records; declare and pay personal income tax (PIT) and social insurance premiums for all employees.
4. 负责或协助公司各类证照资质和定期政府报告的申报和跟进;
Financial Management: Be responsible for or assist in the submission and follow-up of various company licenses, certificates, and regular government reports.
5. 公司和财务负责人交办的临时性工作。
Other ad hoc assignments by the company and leaders.
Yêu cầu
1. 越南籍,25-45 岁,男女不限;
Vietnamese nationality, aged 25-45, gender not limited;
2. 大学学历;会计、审计、法律、金融类专业优先;有 ACCA、CMA证书之一者优先;有越南会计长证书者优先;有越南4大工作经验者优先;
Bachelor degree; preference given to candidates majoring in accounting, auditing, law, or finance; preference given to candidates with one of the following certifications: ACCA, CMA; preference given to candidates with a Vietnamese Chief Accountant certificate; preference given to candidates with working experience in local big-4.
3. 越南语要求母语级水平;英文要求听说读写流利;中文要求 HSK4 级或以上。要求至少掌握中越英三种语言中的两种语言。同时掌握中、英、越三种语言者优先;
Vietnamese language proficiency at a native speaker level is required; English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required; or Chinese proficiency at HSK-4 or above is required. Applicants must be proficient in at least two of the three languages: Chinese, Vietnamese, and English; those who are proficient in all three languages will be given top priority;
4. 拥有 3 年及以上越南当地会计岗位工作经验;具备制造业和 EPE 企业工作经验者优先;
Have at least 3 years of working experience in local accounting positions in Vietnam; those with experience in manufacturing and EPE enterprises are preferred;
5. 出色的跨文化理解能力和沟通能力;
Excellent cross-cultural understanding and communication skills;
6. 较强的独立工作能力、组织协调能力和时间管理能力;
Strong independent work ability, organizational and coordination skills, and time management skills;
7. 有良好团队合作精神、责任心;抗压能力强、诚信度高;
Possesses strong teamwork spirit and a sense of responsibility; has strong stress resistance and high integrity;
8. 能熟练使用 OFFICE 办公软件,和越南当地主流会计系统,比如说 MISA。
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and the popular accounting system in Vietnam, for example MISA.
