About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and value-oriented Affiliate Manager to drive our affiliate marketing programs, especially in the E-commerce category in Southeast Asia (SEA), and the next step is in Japan (JP), the United States (US), and the United Kingdom (UK). This role is pivotal in scaling our affiliate revenue from an initial $5M USD annually, with targeted growth of 20-30% year-over-year. You will lead the acquisition and optimization of affiliates (including influencers, publishers, and agencies) in a multi-national environment, ensuring operational efficiency from onboarding to payouts.
Long-Term Vision
Over the long term, this role offers the opportunity to manage and scale a multi-national team (starting from 12 members and growing to 15-20+), establish Ecomobi as a leader in global affiliate marketing for E-commerce with Top clients, Top direct brands from Beauty, Health Care, Lifestyle,... categories in all SEA markets suggest L'Oréal, Unilever,... in social campaign, livestream/video AI campaign. You will contribute to company-wide expansion, process innovation, and cross-border collaborations, with potential for promotion to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management &
Strategy (20%)
Develop and implement affiliate strategies tailored to Top brands from Social traffic, Livestream traffic, Video AI traffic, and websites/media buy traffic.
Staying updated on market trends in e-commerce and affiliate marketing, and using that knowledge to guide the department's business strategy.
Focus on achieving the targeted plan from high-value clients who come from the AM BD team.
Partner Acquisition and Optimization (30%)
Identify and acquire key affiliates (publishers, influencers, agencies), both tier top & middle with significant volume, and long-tail partners.
Maintain and optimize relationships and traffic volume with existing partners in the system.
Campaign Optimization &
Analytics (15%)
Monitor and optimize performance metrics (GMV, CR, EPC) for each campaign.
Tracking team members generate regular reports on revenue progress, market share gains, and actionable insights for leadership, tracking progress for BD/AM team reports to clients.
Coordinate internal workflows between your team and other teams/departments to ensure seamless information flow and a shared understanding of campaign stages.
Team Leadership &
Cross-functional Coordination (20%)
Build and manage a multi-national team (remote/online, across VN, PH, TH, ID), including recruitment, training, and performance guidance.
Foster a collaborative culture in a diverse, cross-timezone environment to support revenue scaling.
Work with internal teams (Media, Content, Legal, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, from onboarding affiliates to handling payouts
Risk Management &
Budget Ownership (15%)
Own revenue/profit (Ebitda) targets in target markets.
Manage Program budgets for cost-effectiveness and mitigate risks (e.g., fraud in campaigns).
Competencies
General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fluent English (verbal/written).
Proven experience in e-commerce/affiliate campaigns.
Strong network of global affiliates/partners.
Experience:
5+ years in Affiliate/Performance Marketing.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure partnerships with high-impact players and build networks of publishers/influencers.
Data &
Analytics:
Data-driven mindset with experience in metrics like GMV, CR, EPC, ROI.
Proficiency in A/B testing and analytics tools.
Leadership:
Experience building and leading multi-national teams (remote/online, cross-cultural), including recruitment, training, and process improvements in a global setting.
