Department: Global Expansion/ Marketing
Report to: Head of Marketing
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
Role Overview
Hasaki is building its U.S. growth engine with digital at the core. This role owns digital performance across launch and growth phases, from channel setup and campaign execution to optimization, tracking, and performance improvement.
This is not just an ads-running role. The right candidate must understand how to turn strategy into measurable traffic, demand, and conversion across different platforms, formats, and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing programs for U.S. launch and growth phases.
Operate and optimize key platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Performance Max, and other relevant channels when appropriate.
Build media plans across the funnel: awareness, traffic, consideration, conversion, and retargeting.
Work closely with Content to develop platform-native creative briefs and assets for different objectives and audience segments.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, MER, and traffic quality.
Set up and manage tracking foundations including pixels, UTMs, event tracking, attribution, and conversion mapping.
Partner with Website/App, E-commerce, and CRM teams to improve landing page performance, onsite conversion, and retargeting flows.
Build and run a test roadmap covering audience, message, format, geo-targeting, offer, and landing-page experiments.
Connect digital campaigns with store openings, local activations, promotions, livestreams, affiliate efforts, and creator activity.
Manage or coordinate with agencies, media partners, and other external resources when needed.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong execution experience across multiple channels, especially Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Clear understanding of funnel-based optimization, budget pacing, campaign structure, and attribution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into fast action.
Able to collaborate tightly with content and creative teams to improve performance assets.
Platform-native mindset; understands that one format does not fit all channels.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced build-from-scratch environment.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Background
Experience in retail, e-commerce, beauty, DTC, or omnichannel businesses.
Experience with geo-targeting, local store-traffic campaigns, app/web conversion, or launch marketing.
Exposure to affiliate, creator boosting, live commerce, CRM retargeting, or AI-assisted optimization.
Strong dashboarding and automation mindset.

Tracking and attribution foundations are strong enough to support scale.
