In this strategic execution role, you will be responsible for implementing the global marketing strategy for the Performance and Active Nutrition (PAN) portfolio across regions. This includes driving the execution of global and regional marketing plans, supporting product launches, and activating campaigns to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and convert sales. the key responsibilities are:
Execute global marketing plans and innovation launches across regions.
Develop and manage launch programs and global hero campaigns in coordination with Marcom and Digital teams.
Support regional teams in adapting campaigns locally.
Drive lead generation and sales growth across both core and innovation portfolios (proteins and prebiotics).
Manage applications setup, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
Align marketing communication direction with a focus on digital channels.
Sign off on marketing materials across all customer touchpoints.
Scope:
Portfolio includes both mature markets (e.g. whey and caseinates) and growth markets (e.g. prebiotics, dietary supplements, gut/brain/immune health).
A key role in driving the ambitious growth strategy for the PAN business.
Reporting to the Global Execution Marketing Lead.

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Economics, Food Technology, or a related technical/business field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Digital, Communications, and/or Strategic
Business Development within a global environment-preferably in sectors such as health, food, or nutrition.
Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategy, implementation, and execution-closely collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams.
Strong expertise in campaign development and execution, brand positioning and communications, global and local stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and driving sales conversion.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing
digital marketing and campaign strategies across diverse markets.
