JOB DESCRIPTION:
Report line: Director
Take care of parts, accessories pricing policy and business performance of the spare parts activity
Give recommendations on pricing strategy, in comparison with competitors, and service price positioning.
Take care of pricing analysis and positioning, make sure it's consistent with global pricing strategy
Ensure a powerful pricing at global level by Setting up the needed operational processes and tools to
Develope business plans, budgets and targets
Set up model to manage parts and accessories profit & loss account and reporting in coordination with finance
Find the best balance by monitoring stakeholders to optimize profit and cost structure
Monitor spare parts cost structure to propose optimization
Develop data analytics and BI tools
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
From 5y work experience in parts management (pricing, budget processes or controlling)
Have OEM automotive aftersales operations or aftersales controlling experience
Knowledge of service department operations, roles, practices, processes, and KPIs.
Knowledgeable in data analytics, BI tools and pricing infrastructure
Ability to work across a global organization
Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; agile, fast, problem solver, building from the ground
Communication, management and leadership skills. Capable to make complexity simple
