Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking for talents to join Vietnam Food (VNF) - our Portfolio Company - currently the pioneer and leader in Vietnam in valorizing the shrimp by-products into value-added ingredients for a variety of industries. With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.
As Sales Executive for the Global Sales Department within the Management Apprentice program. You will be given the opportunities to lead the initiatives to grow the business via:
(i) Rotating between different sub-segments: Horticulture, Animal husbandry, Aquaculture, and Food Ingredients.
(ii) Taking different roles within one sub-segment: Customer interface, International logistics, Application developments, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals and presentations
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions.
- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)
Yêu cầu
A. EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor/ Master's degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities majoring in Agriculture, Animal husbandry, Veterinary, Food Processing, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology.
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS of experience in the above-mentioned industries
B. SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

▪ Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must
▪ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
▪ Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
▪ Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Attitude:

- Frequent international & domestic travel might be required
