Mô tả công việc
Answer the phone in a cheerful, professional manner and assist the caller or direct the call to the appropriate staff members.
Ensure accurate data entry for each object in the right customers and customers using the items on the golf course.
Act as a guide to Guests when they arrive at the Club to ensure that they reach their destination and receive immediate assistance.
Provide staff members with administrative support as needed. This support could consist of ongoing projects that are carried out on a daily or weekly basis or unscheduled projects.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Implement the tee time booking systems and procedures.
Implement effective tee time management procedures to ensure the availability are optimized.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and tournaments.
Assist to prepare passports & scorecards for tournaments, large groups or The Grand guest when you have accurate information.
Ensure all working areas and working tools are kept clean and tidy at all time.
Capture the information about the resort including restaurants, tournaments, golf course maintenance schedules and etc. to provide our customers in a timely manner;
Participate in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broaden the scope of the company's operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community;
Perform side work duties as assigned;
Keep yourself well-groomed, clean and tidy at all times;
Keep supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints;
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

Must be able to greet members and regular guests by name.
Experience as a Cashier or previous experience in golf is an advantage.
Degrees or Certificates in Hospitality are preferred.
Previous experience in using a computerized POS system is an advantage.
Must be honest and trustworthy, respectful, flexible.
Must be able to demonstrate sound work ethics.
