Mô tả công việc
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create captivating YouTube video thumbnails that accurately reflect the video content.
- Understand our target audience and design thumbnails that capture their attention, ignite curiosity, and encourage clicks.
- Ensure thumbnails adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
- Ensure timely delivery of thumbnails in sync with video releases.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager, such as creating social media post visuals, banners, etc.
- Review the performance of mini thumbnails before and after usage to assess their impact on audience interaction and propose improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain a better understanding of design trends and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure that mini thumbnails align with the content and message of the video.
- Share constructive feedback and suggest innovations for optimizing mini thumbnail images and enhancing engagement.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENT:
-Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
-Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software.
-Creative mindset with the ability to create unique and attention-grabbing designs.
-Knowledge of video marketing and YouTube is advantageous.
-Expected to commit to a full-time position (from Monday - Friday) for a duration of 3-6 months.
