Mô tả công việc
Create visually stunning graphics for a variety of marketing channels, including email, social media, websites, and digital advertising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure designs support their initiatives
Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing materials
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, and continuously improve our visual branding and design standards
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Work with external partners and agencies, as needed, to support marketing design efforts
Develop and maintain the company's visual brand guidelines and design standards
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience creating visually stunning graphics for a variety of marketing channels
Excellent design skills, with a strong attention to detail and a visually stunning portfolio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to a non-design audience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Passion for design and a desire to stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
