Graphic Designer (6 - Month Contract)

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Develop design briefs, pitch and present your creative ideas confidently.
Plan concepts by studying information and materials and keep an update on the latest media trends, proactively upscaling skills and knowledge in the relevant field.
Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type font and style and aesthetic concepts, in line with the CHG guidelines.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Amend final designs to the team's comments and gain full approval.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Conduct, coordinate, liaise and take charge of property and promotional photo and video shoot. Ensure photos and videos are in line with CHG guidelines.
Edit and produce short video clips for social media for F&B and spa promotions.
Continuously update new promotional artworks on TV screens in public area, guestrooms, limousines, etc.
Carries out special projects as assigned by DOMC and DOSM.
Attend daily line-ups and communicate daily challenges with the rest of the team.
Liaise with paper, printing and other suppliers to deliver an outstanding outcome.
To maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all matters relating to the company and all other sales and personnel related matters.
Maintains strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support
Report any issue or damages and breakdowns found to the relevant department.
