ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the General Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
DUTIES
• Responsible for creating and developing stylish and creative designs for Print & digital mediums.
• Working with Marketing to co-ordinate the posting of content to the company's website and social media platforms.
• Studies design briefs, conceptualizes and determines requirements
• Schedules projects and defines budget constraints
• Prepares rough drafts and presents ideas to the requesting department
• Develops illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Works with department copywriters to produce the final design
• Tests the graphics across various media & amends designs after feedback
• Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and support the brand pallet
• Co-ordinates with outside agencies, web designers, marketing, printers and other internal departments as required
• Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• Degree (or equivalent) in Design or Fine Arts or related field and min 2 years related experience.
• Possesses a strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphical designs.
• Understands marketing, promotion, website & other digital design, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design.
• Has a keen eye for details
• Ability to work thoroughly and meet deadlines.
• Experience & knowledge of Design Software and Technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design or Dreamweaver
• Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, including MS Office and Windows.
• Able to get along with co-workers as a team; team building, and problem-solving skills required.
• Must have a strong dedication to client service.
• Knowledge of current trends in the specific field.

• Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards (where applicable).
• Interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.
