JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Creative Design:
Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns and presentations.
Ensure all designs align with the project's branding guidelines and visual identity.
Create engaging visuals for marketing collateral, including posters, banners, infographics, and more.
2. Landing Page Design:
Design and optimize user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with web
developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
Ensure landing pages are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
3. Quality Assurance:
Review and refine designs based on feedback from the team and clients
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest design standards.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the brand's visual presence.
Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or creative agency.
Proven portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
2. Technical Skills:
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred).
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for landing page design.
3. Soft Skills:
Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
