Responsibilities
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Employer Branding Team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with current design trends and capable of creating visually impactful solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing a variety of key visuals for events, our fanpage, and overseeing the art direction for image-related activities. This will involve working on branded items, slide decks and products, such as event point-of-sale materials (POSM), leaflets, brochures, digital ads, UI design, infographics...
Your responsibilities:
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of design principles and esthetic design concepts.
Execute creative process of communication materials (new product launches key visual, promotional items, marketing materials, website, etc.) that attract the attention of target audience towards our products and services.
Handle all graphic design related tasks such as social posts, online ads, websites, blogs, etc. and keep up to date with current social/ marketing campaigns.
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Discussing the concept with teammates or supervisors and making necessary changes.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications
A portfolio that demonstrates experience in graphic designs for digital products.
2+ years of experience in graphic design.
Great understanding and skill set with modern design and web builder software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow or similar).
Basic knowledge of Animation, 3D graphics and video editing a plus.
Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
Good verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong interpersonal and independent working skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
