We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic
Designer with a strategic mindset and a "must-have" familiarity with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Campaign Design. In this role, you will take full ownership of the visual identity for marketing, social, and commercial assets.
You will be responsible for creating cohesive visual narratives that work across multiple platforms-from high-end print to viral social media content. You will have the opportunity to lead the creative process and supervise a Design Intern to assist you in asset production and campaign rollouts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integrated Marketing & Social Strategy (Primary Focus)
IMC Campaign Execution: Lead the visual design for 360-degree Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand experience across print, digital, and physical touchpoints.
Social-First Design: Create high-impact, platform-specific content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), understanding the nuances of engagement and visual storytelling for each.
Commercial Asset Ownership: Design premium commercial decks, sponsorship packages, and advertising layouts that attract and satisfy world-class brand partners.
2. Event Visual Identity & Key Visuals
Creative Conception: Develop original Key Visuals (KVs) for conferences and forums.
Format Adaptation: Oversee the scaling of KVs across diverse event formats, from stage screens and backdrops to digital invitations and social teasers.
Production Quality: Ensure all files are production-ready for both high-end print and digital display.
3. Leadership & Intern Management
Intern Supervision: Directly guide and manage a Design Intern to assist with asset variations, production tasks, and daily marketing requests.
Workflow Delegation: Efficiently delegate tasks to ensure high-volume campaign rollouts are met on time without sacrificing quality.
Art Direction: Provide mentorship on typography, layout, and brand consistency to junior talent.
4. Digital Content & Brand Standards
Digital Innovation: Collaborate with the tech and editorial teams to optimize visual content for the website and digital platforms.
Data Visualization: Translate complex business data into clean, "Bloomberg-standard" infographics for marketing and social use.
Experience: 3-5 years in a graphic design role (Agency or In-house Marketing background preferred).
IMC Mastery: Deep familiarity with IMC Campaign Design is a must. You should understand how to bridge different channels with a unified visual concept.
Technical Suite: Expert level in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Social Media Native: Strong understanding of current design trends and technical requirements for social media platforms.
Leadership Potential: Experience (or strong readiness) to lead interns and manage production workflows.
Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in typography, grid systems, and brand guidelines.
Portfolio Requirement: Must showcase successful commercial campaigns and examples of "social-first" design.
Environment: Work in a premium, international media brand with a high-energy creative team.
Growth: Direct involvement in high-level commercial strategy and team leadership.
Full Benefits: Social/Health/Unemployment insurance, plus additional private healthcare and life insurance.
Culture: Regular teambuilding, happy hours, and a fully stocked pantry.
Leave: 12-16 days of annual leave + birthday leave.
