Mô tả công việc

Develop strong visual design for key deliverables, e.g., presentations, branding, marketing collateral
Strong desire to solve business problems using human-centered design thinking approach combined with data to find creative solutions to complex and challenging analytical problems
Generates and designs templates, presentations, and documentation to deliver against key communication objectives.
Passion for customer and experience design
Demonstrated knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the hospitality industry
Ability to collaborate internally and externally to achieve results in a teamwork environment
Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands from multiple stakeholders
Develops compelling stories and deliverables that help stakeholders empathize with users.
Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner.
Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, organized manner.
Maintains positive working relations with internal customers and department managers.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Self-motivated and energetic
Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
