Graphic Designer

o Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
o Develop design briefs, pitch and present your creative ideas confidently.
o Plan concepts by studying information and materials and keep an update on the latest media trends, proactively upscaling skills and knowledge in the relevant field.
o Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type font and style and aesthetic concepts, in line with the CHG guidelines.
o Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Amend final designs to the team's comments and gain full approval.
o Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
o Conduct, coordinate, liaise and take charge of property and promotional photo and video shoot. Ensure photos and videos are in line with CHG guidelines.
o Edit and produce short video clips for social media for F&B and spa promotions.
o Continuously update new promotional artworks on TV screens in public area, guestrooms, limousines, etc.
o Carries out special projects as assigned by DOMC and DOSM.
o Attend daily line-ups and communicate daily challenges with the rest of the team.
o Liaise with paper, printing and other suppliers to deliver an outstanding outcome.
o To maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all matters relating to the company and all other sales and personnel related matters.
o Maintains strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support
o Report any issue or damages and breakdowns found to the relevant department.
