aesthetics and functionality. To expand our creative team, we are looking for a talented and
passionate Graphic
Designer play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and
engaging designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our
products and services to our target audience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various
marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, advertisements, and
digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives,
and target audience to ensure designs effectively convey the desired message.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials,
ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating
innovative and creative ideas into design projects.
• Work closely with the product development team to create visually appealing packaging
designs that enhance the overall product presentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
development, to ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet business
objectives.
• Conduct regular quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
adherence to brand standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting
deadlines effectively.
• Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and
retrieval.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-
quality production and execution of design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the gardening or outdoor living industry.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
