Mô tả công việc
• Lead the visual design strategy and execution for new product launches, online promotions, and offline materials for the Vietnam market team.
• Provide visual design support for Shopee and other e-commerce platforms, continuously optimizing creative assets based on business needs.
• Monitor competitor design trends, conduct user research, and analyze design trends to implement insights into creative projects.
• Specific tasks include but are not limited to: digital media promotional material design, website and social media creative support.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and sale teams to execute design strategies that drive engagement and sales.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital and print assets.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing and e-commerce. Working experience in Technology industry, espcially smart home, in a plus.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, C4D, and other mainstream design software, with the ability to independently handle 3D modeling, graphic, and web design projects.
• Prior experience in a 4A advertising agency or a major consumer electronics company is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Experience in promotional design for technology-related physical products is preferred.
• Proficiency in AI design tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, but Vietnamese-only speakers are also welcome.
