Graphic Designer

Responsible for supporting the wholesale sales team in daily sales operations and dealer account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Design (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)
Design key marketplace assets: thumbnails, banners, PDP images, USP icons, frames, flash sale layouts, combos, vouchers.
Support the E-commerce team with uploading new product images and campaign thumbnails.
Create quarterly store decorations and layout concepts aligned with campaign themes.
Produce product feature images (3-5 shots) and infographics for PDP pages.
Work closely with the E-com team to optimize CTR & CR through A/B testing insights.
2. Website Design
Design homepage banners, landing pages, blog visuals, promotional pop-ups.
Support basic UX/UI tasks (simple wireframes, optimizing buyer journey).
Create visuals for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO blog content.
Develop design assets for email marketing, CRM, and automation flows.
3. Coordination & Brand Management
Receive briefs from E-commerce & Digital Marketing teams; ensure timely delivery.
Proactively propose new concepts and design trends suitable for online shoppers.
Ensure designs follow branding guidelines, color palettes, and typography standards.
Manage and organize the internal design library (DriveDigital):
Ads visuals for 3 brands
Web banners for 3 brands
Marketplace thumbnails for 3 brands
E-commerce advertising materials
Campaign assets for malls
4. In-store Printing Materials
Design store standees (3/month), A5 signage, and lightbox visuals.
5. TikTok Video Editing
Edit short-form videos: cutting, combining clips, adding effects.
