1. Art Direction & Visual Concept Development (NEW SECTION)
Conceptualization & Visual Direction: Possess the ability to come up with original concepts and provide a strong visual direction/style for commercial and marketing campaigns.
Collaborative Art Direction: Work in close partnership with the Creative Director to develop the strategic Key Visual (KV) and ensure the final aesthetic direction of Print Ads, Ad banners, and major commercial projects aligns with the overall vision.
Advertising Visual Strategy: Apply a strong understanding of advertising skill and art direction to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
2. Marketing & Commercial Design Execution (Primary Focus)
Visual Execution: Independently execute and deliver high-quality designs for all marketing and communication channels, ensuring all visuals are effective and align with campaign goals. This includes key visuals, social media creatives, e-commerce banners, website banners, ad network creatives, and comprehensive email newsletters.
Print & Event Collateral: Execute and prepare design files for print assets, including print advertisements, magazine posters, stationery, tear sheets, and event and corporate materials, ensuring impeccable file preparation for production.
Corporate Branding: Design and update essential corporate materials, presentations, and internal marketing assets, adhering strictly to global brand identity guidelines.
Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Creative Director to understand creative strategy, receive direction, and ensure all commercial outputs meet the required visual standard and strategic objective.
3. Event Design & Proposal Production
Key Visual (KV) Development: Design and adapt high-impact Key Visuals (KVs) for major company events, conferences, and proprietary products.
Event Adaptation: Execute the full range of creative adaptation based on the established KV, including signage, backdrops, stage designs, delegate kits, and digital screens.
Proposal & Pitch Design: Take ownership of designing professional and visually compelling pitch decks and sponsorship proposals for the Commercial team, ensuring high-end client presentation quality.
Print & Event Collateral: Execute and prepare design files for physical assets related to events and print advertisements, ensuring impeccable file preparation for production.
4. Digital Production & Content Support
Website Visual Assets: Design and produce critical digital components, including compelling thumbnails for video articles, website banners, and integrated digital advertisement creatives, focusing on visual hierarchy and optimization.
Print-to-Digital Quality Control: Assist with the export and transformation of core print editorial assets (charts, infographics) for digital publication, applying expertise to ensure files are correctly optimized and maintain visual integrity.
UX/UI System Support: Assist the UX
Designer by preparing scalable design assets and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the digital design system.
Brand Consistency Auditing: Conduct visual checks and audits to ensure all final digital products and commercial placements are flawlessly consistent with the established design system and global brand guidelines.
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on
digital marketing and commercial campaign execution.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Demonstrated ability to independently execute design briefs and translate marketing concepts into high-quality visual outputs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, essential for working across Creative, Commercial, and Editorial teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex timelines and projects simultaneously.
Motion graphic / video editing skill or 3D skill is a strong plus.
Proactive, highly autonomous, possess a strong aesthetic sense, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
