1. Job Description:
70% - Livestream Poster Design:
Lead the design of livestream posters: Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live.
Optimize layout systems for multi-product, multi-brand campaigns.
Ensure clear hierarchy, effective CTA placement, and brand consistency.
Proactively suggest improvements to layout and visual flow to boost conversions.
30% - Social Media Visual Support:
Support the design of social media posts and story templates when needed.
Collaborate closely with content to bring campaign insights to life visually.
Adapt visuals for platform-specific needs: Facebook vs TikTok, Shopee, etc.
2.Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in graphic design; experience with livestream/e-commerce is a big plus.
Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma or After Effects/AI is a bonus.
Able to manage multiple tasks at once and stay cool under tight deadlines.
Strong visual sense that prioritizes clarity, effectiveness, and trends.
A portfolio showcasing real work with commercial impact and layout thinking.
Proactive, self-directed, and not afraid to push back to defend good design.
