Job Objective
Design high-quality visual and multimedia assets to support branding, marketing, and sales initiatives for a leading global pickleball brand as it expands in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
• Design marketing and branding materials including social media visuals, posters, banners, advertisements, presentations, and digital assets.
• Create multimedia content to support campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
• Produce basic motion graphics, animations, and video overlays when required.
Brand & Visual Consistency
• Ensure all creative outputs follow global brand guidelines while adapting visuals for the Vietnam market.
• Maintain consistency across digital, social, and offline materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate concepts into strong visual executions.
Creative Support & Asset Management
• Support photo and video shoots with creative input (layouts, framing guidance, graphic overlays).
• Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.
• Organize, manage, and maintain design assets and working files.
Additional Responsibilities
• Support other creative, branding, or marketing tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Work closely with the founding and regional teams in a hands-on, startup-style environment.
Yêu cầu
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a multimedia or graphic
designer (sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Understanding of motion graphics and social media content formats.
• Must own personal design equipment, including a laptop capable of handling professional design software.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English preferred.
• Passion for sports is an advantage; pickleball interest is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Work Environment
• Salary: USD 500 - 700 per month, depending on experience.
