Graphic Designer

NÔM Dining & SÂM Saigon are looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of two distinct brands:
NÔM - a fine dining restaurant celebrating Vietnamese culture.
SÂM - a bar with a bold identity of Chợ lớn downtown.
This position requires candidates to be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam and work fully on-site. We are unable to offer remote/WFH arrangements, relocation support, or work visa sponsorship for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design social media content, digital ads, CRM assets, website visuals, and campaign materials for both NÔM and SÂM.
Design menus, printed collateral, signage, POSM, event materials.
Support campaign ideation and visual storytelling.
Design SÂM-specific materials: drink menus, signage, and event backdrops.
Manage design timelines and brand asset libraries.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
About 3 years of design experience (branding, hospitality, lifestyle, agency).
Strong portfolio in branding, campaign, and digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Willing to apply AI tools to boost productivity.
A genuine sensitivity to Vietnamese culture, history, and aesthetics.

Salary: 13,5 - 16 million VND (Gross)
