Working location: Noi Bai Int Airport
Mục đích của vị trí công việc/ Purpose of position
• Supervise HAA flights at Noi Bai Station and at other airport/station out of base as required by the company
Mô tả công việc/ Main tasks & responsibilities
• Checks the daily schedule for arrival/departure flights to position and make arrangements for the day.
• Monitor ground services at all domestic airports/stations that HAA operates, in order to make sure that all ground and flight operations are safe, punctual and economically efficient
• Pre-flight preparation:
- Send the Flight schedule and Ordering services form to relevant departments (GHA, service partners, airport management units, ...)
- Prepare flight's document (GD, FPL, PSM, LIR, ...)
- Hold briefing and prepare for counter opening
• During the flight handling:
- Supervise the check-in/ check-out/ boarding for passengers/baggage and support GHA handle irregularities (if any)
- Complete the PSM/LIR with final data and send to the related Flight crew.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle irregular flights (delay, cancel, divert, ...)
- Arrange addition services for passengers/ internal staff (on request)
• Post flight
- Send MVT message and remark special passenger information (if any)
- Report all comments/complaints/problems to Station manager.
- Hold briefing after flight.
• Customer services
- Be responsible for customer service:
- Greeting/Farewell passengers.
- Receive and handle complaints from customers and partners
- Arrange addition services for passengers/ internal staff (on request)
• External:
- Send Weekly report to Northern Airport Authority (NAA)
- Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly briefings and joint activities at NIA, NAA
• Other tasks:
- Maintain effective internal communications including regular meeting and reports with related departments.
- Assist the other team members on duty with his/her duties during busy periods and breaks to ensure the department is ready for service.
- Performs any other assignments as defined by the company and/or superiors for time to time.
- Co-ordinates with regional, divisional and TMG staff as appropriate.
- Implements Management development and succession plans in co-ordination with corporate and recommends high quality Hai Au aviation.
- Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the aviation industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs

Yêu cầu về năng lực/ Qualification & Requirements
1. Học vấn - Kiến thức chuyên ngành/ Education - Specialized knowledge
• Trình độ/ Education : High school graduate or higher education background.
• Chuyên ngành/ Major :
• Chứng chỉ chuyên môn
Specialized certifications : DGR, Ramp Safety & Aviation Security
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc
Working experience : Minimum 2 year experience in aviation, ground service & operation are preferred.
2. Yêu cầu chung/ Basic requirements
• Giới tính/ Gender : Male and Female
• Quốc tịch/ Nationality : Vietnam
• Độ tuổi/ Age : From 20 to 40 years old
• Ngoại hình/ Appearance : Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance suitable for customer-facing roles.
3. Kỹ năng/ Skills
• Ngôn ngữ/ Language : Vietnamese and English
• Kỹ năng mềm/ Soft skills : Good at English communication skills. TOEIC 500 (or equivalent certificate).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, Powerpoint.
4. Yêu cầu khác/ Other requirements

Qualities, Attitudes : Careful, honest, responsible, teamwork.
• Yêu cầu đặc thù
Job-specific requirements : Good health, be able to work under pressure.
Good communication, problem solving skills and willing to work far away from home.
