ROLES:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Group Brand Manager - Beauty to lead the development and growth of DAFC's Beauty business as a new strategic pillar of the Group. This role goes beyond managing brands as you will shape the long-term growth strategy, build a world-class beauty portfolio, establish strong partnerships with international brand principals, and develop an integrated beauty ecosystem across retail, travel retail, e-commerce, and new business opportunities.
As the business owner of the assigned portfolio, you will be fully accountable for commercial performance, P&L, profitability, inventory health, customer experience, and sustainable growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate DAFC's ambition of becoming Vietnam's leading luxury beauty retailer and distributor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned beauty portfolio. Own the brands' P&L, annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, profitability, inventory health, and sustainable business growth. Drive both organic growth and new business opportunities to establish Beauty as a strategic business pillar for DAFC.
Portfolio &
Business DevelopmentDrive portfolio growth through brand positioning, assortment strategy, route-to-market, and omnichannel development across domestic retail, travel retail, e-commerce and wholesales B2B networks. Work closely with the Business Development team to identify, evaluate, and launch new beauty brands while developing a strong Beauty ecosystem through strategic partnerships and new business models to support DAFC's long-term growth ambitions.
Principal Partnership & Commercial Negotiation
Build strong partnerships with brand principals by leading annual business planning, commercial negotiations, contracts, investment support, and joint business initiatives to maximize long-term brand performance.
Retail & Customer Excellence
Lead retail excellence across store productivity, customer experience, merchandising, inventory productivity, sales capability, and omnichannel execution to strengthen brand equity and commercial performance.
Business Performance & Governance
Monitor business performance through financial analysis, market insights, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with Vietnam regulations relating to product registration, advertising claims, and commercial operations while proactively managing business risks.
Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Business Development,
Brand Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure effective execution of business strategies and organizational priorities.
People and Team Leadership
Build and develop a high-performing commercial organization by setting clear objectives, coaching talent, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.
