Group Quality Director

OBJECTIVES:
To build a prevention-driven quality system with robust process control, ensuring consistent quality at all TPG factories and compliance with the stringent requirements of international customers, particularly U.S. and Japanese retailers and brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and implementation of TPG's Group-wide quality management strategy and system.
Establish unified quality standards, SOPs, and governance across factories.
Transition from inspection-based quality control to error prevention and Quality at Source.
Implement end-to-end quality control throughout the production value chain.
Develop CTQ frameworks, risk assessment, root cause analysis, CAPA, mistake-proofing, and recurrence prevention mechanisms.
Build data-driven quality KPI and performance management systems.
Manage and improve quality of fabric, raw materials, accessories, and subcontracting partners.
Partner with the Executive Board and cross-functional teams for continuous product and process improvement.
Develop QA Managers and embed a strong quality culture across TPG.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or above in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in the garment/textile industry, with senior management roles at large-scale export companies (3,000+ workforce).
Multi-factory management experience and experience working with international customers.
Comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing quality standards (fabric, sewing, specifications); Denim and Wash experience is a significant advantage.
Expertise in AQL/IQL, RCA, CAPA, SPC, Process Capability, Poka-Yoke, and Continuous Improvement.
Proven ability to build QC/QA systems and processes and train quality teams.
Fluent in English.
