Requirements
1. Must have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or related roles, ideally within a Web3, fintech, or tech startup environment.
- Proven track record of running successful growth campaigns across acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, metrics, A/B testing, and tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Dune, or similar.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, user funnels, and growth frameworks.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial: capable of launching initiatives independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent **problem-solving** and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence cross-functional teams.
- A bold, experimental mindset with the resilience to test, fail, and iterate quickly.
2. Nice to have:
- Prior experience at a DeFi protocol, DEX, or Web3 product.
- Familiarity with crypto-native communities, influencer ecosystems, and partnership structures in Web3.
- Experience with growth automation tools, CRM, and Web3 marketing platforms.
- Previous work in early-stage environments where building processes from scratch was required.
- Ability to code or work closely with
developers on integrating tracking, growth hooks, and experiments.
