About BA3BA3 is an AI Commerce Intelligence platform helping brands turn fragmented commerce and media data into clear insights and next actions across Southeast Asia.
What You'll Do
Manage and segment BA3's customer and lead database.
Create email campaigns for onboarding, product education, promotions and lead nurturing.
Follow up with event attendees, trial users and potential enterprise customers.
Write short, engaging email copy and coordinate simple visual assets.
Build automated email journeys from lead → trial → demo → customer.
Support content across LinkedIn, Facebook and the BA3 website.
Track email open rates, clicks, replies, demo bookings and conversions.
Test subject lines, content and calls-to-action to improve performance.
Research new communities, platforms and channels for lead generation.
What We're Looking For
Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
Good Vietnamese writing skills and working English.
Interested in AI, e-commerce, technology and startups.
Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace and email marketing tools.
Organized, proactive and willing to test new growth ideas.
Experience with email marketing, CRM or content creation is a plus.
