Growth Marketing Operations Executive

Lume Test is an EdTech platform helping students worldwide prepare for English proficiency exams, including PTE, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, and TOEIC, through AI-powered practice tools and mock tests.
We're a lean, ambitious international team looking for a proactive, results-driven marketer who can turn ideas into action and help accelerate our growth.
Responsibilties:
1. Drive User Growth & Revenue
Execute marketing campaigns to increase user registrations, engagement, and paid subscriptions.
Coordinate email marketing, promotional campaigns, and conversion initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, and free-to-paid conversion.
Monitor campaign results and recommend improvements.
2. Coordinate Marketing Team & Execution
Work closely with social media, SEO, and paid advertising specialists across Vietnam and the Philippines.
Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, tasks, and deadlines.
Proactively follow up with team members and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Track individual and team KPIs to maintain accountability.
3. Own Marketing Performance & Reporting
Consolidate marketing performance into one weekly report for the management team and Board.
Monitor key metrics, including user acquisition, conversion rates, revenue, and brand growth.
Analyze results, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions.
Ensure marketing activities contribute to measurable business outcomes.
4. Develop New Growth Opportunities
Plan and coordinate UGC campaigns, creator collaborations, PR, and partnerships.
Research competitors, market trends, and new growth channels.
Test new marketing ideas and evaluate their effectiveness.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity and execution.
What we are looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of social media, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion funnels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into action.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable working with remote, cross-cultural teams.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or subscription-based businesses is an advantage.
