Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and action-oriented Growth Research Analyst to join our Marketing team. This position is ideal for candidates who are strong in research, market observation, competitor analysis, and structured thinking, but also want to go beyond reporting and turn insights into concrete growth actions.
You will work closely with UA, Creative, Product, and Data teams to identify opportunities, support testing directions, analyze campaign and market signals, and help the team make faster and better decisions. We are looking for someone who is persistent, responsible, not afraid of hard problems, and willing to chase improvement opportunities until they are validated or rejected by data.
Key Responsibilities:
UA research support: Research competitor strategies, market trends, top creatives, and user acquisition patterns across key channels.
Creative insight tracking: Monitor high-performing ad creatives, identify effective hooks and mechanics, and provide actionable suggestions for creative improvement
Performance analysis: Support the team in reviewing campaign data, identifying signals, spotting issues, and finding optimization opportunities.
Hypothesis building: Contribute ideas for creative tests, audience angles, and performance improvement experiments.
Cross-functional action support: Work with Creative, Product, and Data teams to clarify key questions and align on next actions.
Learning review: Help document what worked, what failed, and what should be tested next.
Growth discipline: Build strong habits in data review, testing logic, follow-up, and action ownership.

Good English reading and comprehension skills.
Familiarity with mobile game market research or
digital marketing.
Experience with UA metrics, dashboards, research tools, or creative analysis tools.
