We are looking for a Market Growth Architect who can leverage data, market insights, and business intelligence to develop commercial strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle-from new product launches to mature portfolio optimization and product phase-out.
Your mission is to identify the optimal balance between consumer demand, channel performance, inventory efficiency, and profitability, ensuring sustainable business growth across online and offline channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Intelligence & Business Analytics
Conduct comprehensive market research by integrating internal sales data, competitive intelligence, and third-party industry reports.
Analyze product performance across different lifecycle stages and recommend appropriate GTM strategies.
Continuously monitor competitor activities, including:
- Market share trends
- Pricing & promotional strategies
- Search demand
- Channel performance
- Traffic conversion metrics
Translate data into actionable commercial recommendations for business growth.
2. Online GTM Strategy Development
E-commerce & Digital Channels
Analyze search trends, conversion funnels, category benchmarks, and customer behaviors across e-commerce platforms.
Develop product-specific growth strategies based on lifecycle stages.
Optimize digital investment allocation through data-driven decision making.
Social & Content Ecosystem
Monitor social listening, consumer sentiment, and KOL campaign effectiveness.
Evaluate the impact of content marketing on platform traffic, search rankings, and conversion.
Recommend optimization plans for content investments and influencer strategies.
3. Offline Commercial Strategy
Develop regional distribution strategies based on sales performance,
purchasing power, geographic insights, and competitive analysis.
Optimize merchandising, POS materials, and channel coverage.
Design differentiated channel strategies for product launch, growth, maturity, and clearance stages.
4. Cross-functional Business Planning
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Present strategic recommendations supported by market intelligence and commercial analysis.
Drive alignment across departments to ensure successful execution of GTM initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Analytics, Commercial Strategy, or Marketing Analytics.
- Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with excellent business acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to transform complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
