Manage digital inquiries
Process deposits and payments (OnePay, bank transfers) for group bookings
Handle special requests from customer: custom menus, corkage, flowers, private rooms
Input and maintain all booking details in TableCheck
Answer hotline calls and triage bookings
Conduct pre-service final sweep (allergies, dietary requirements, decor coordination)
Monitor and respond to post-dining feedback (Google Reviews, Instagram, TableCheck)
Escalate complex bookings and complaints to management
Coordinate with kitchen, service team, vendors, and accounting on special requirements
Yêu cầu
Fluent in English & Vietnamese (professional written communication)
1+ years in hospitality, guest services, or premium customer support
Comfortable with multiple digital platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
Attention to detail: accurate data entry, flawless follow-up
Calm under pressure: multitask across venues, handle sensitive guest issues
Premium service mindset: understands F&B culture, values minimalist brand voice
Proactive: flags issues early, solves independently before escalating
