- Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
- Schedule activities for guests
- Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
- Trace relevant statistics about the clientele
- Coordinate and supervise all activities for guests
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs of clients
- Greet Guests upon arrival
- Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Provide personalized service and build strong guest relationships
- Support guests with special occasions, such as anniversaries or birthdays, by coordinating personalized experiences
- Provide information on resort services, local attractions, restaurants, assist guests with reservations, special requests, and general inquiries
- Offer recommendations for resort activities, dining, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and key guest areas to assist and engage with guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently
- Stay updated on resort facilities, promotions, and operational changes to provide accurate information
- Assist in any additional tasks assigned by the Assistant / Guest Relations Manager

* Qualifications
- High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
* Experience
- 1 year of experience in front office/guest services operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
