Mô tả công việc
• Responsible in the general upkeep of the Health CLub area and supports in the delivery of wellness experience.
• Health Club Attendant / Fitness Coach maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation, assisting the therapist in setting & clearing up the treatment room and assisting the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed.
• Health Club attendants / Fitness coach will ensure guest interaction and communication lines are seamless and effective.
• Ensure full participation in brand and business building activities.
• To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level
• To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order
• To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor's guidelines
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy and procedures
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
• To establish good relationships and rapport with guests and colleagues
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle an emergency situation
• Health Club Preparation including a standard set up for Gym and Yoga studio and facilities, guest amenities and food and beverage (daily Infused water and Fruits);
• Flexibility in changes to meet operational demands including shift/duty roster, guest preferences as directed by admin on duty;
Yêu cầu
1. Education:High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
2. Service years in the field : at least 01 year.
3. Knowledge and skills:
Must have a comprehensive knowledge/ experience of gym and wellness programs and proficient in the use of Office programs, Hotel and Spa operating systems.
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Language: Able to read and write English.
4. Preferred (if required): Local Vietnamese
