Mô tả công việc
• Work closely with relevant departments to propose industrial facility solutions (ready built/ built to suit factory and
warehouse).
• Develop network of prospective tenants, business associations, brokers, and partners.
• Evaluate business development plan, taking into consideration a range of legal, project management, financial and
business factors.
• Actively support industrial leasing and business development functions. Assist in preparation of pitch, provide
information and supporting documents.
• Communicate regularly with other departments (Leasing, Project Development, Marketing) and executives to follow up
with development progress.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the northern provinces on daily work.
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by HOD and General Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in real estate development (industrial focus).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
• Good at presentations.
• Business performance driven, natural collaborator, can-do attitude, and ability to work well with a wide array of people.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, able to work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
• Having knowledge and experience in industrial project development being priority.
